Vencido el término señalado en el artículo 8º de este Decreto, si no se hubieren presentado oposiciones o si las formuladas fueren declaradas desiertas o infundadas, el Ministerio procederá a otorgar la licencia al solicitante. Sin embargo, el que se pretenda dueño de los minerales podrá ejercitar, dentro del año contado a partir de la entrega material de la zona, la acción ordinaria correspondiente.
