Creanse, para el despacho de los asuntos presidenciales, los siguientes empleos

Un Secretario particular del Presidente, con doscientos cincuenta pesos mensuales.

Un Oficial Mayor, con ciento cincuenta pesos oro mensuales.

Tres escribientes, con cien pesos oro mensuales cada uno.
