Art. 48. Las solicitudes de licencia para enajenar ó gravar bienes de mujeres casadas en los casos del artículo 1810 del Código Civil, se someterá á la tramitación establecida en los Artículos 1461 á 1466 inclusive del Código Judicial. Es Juez competente para conocer estas solicitudes y de las que hagan los guardadores conforme á lo dispuesto en dicho capitulo, el del domicilio de la persona cuyos bienes se pretenda enajenar ó gravar.
