º Adscripción y Secretaria Técnica , La Comisión a que se refiere el presente Decreto, estará adscrita al Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, el cual podrá, en consecuencia, desarrollar toda clase de actividades necesarias para permitir el cabal cumplimiento de las funciones de dicha Comisión. La Secretaría Técnica de la Comisión estará a cargo del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi".
