Ningún Documento Que Esté Extendido En Papel Incompetente Podrá Ser Estimado Como Prueba Plena, Aun Cuando No Sea Tachado Por La Parte Á Quien Se Opone

°. Ningún documento que esté extendido en papel incompetente podrá ser estimado como prueba plena, aun cuando no sea tachado por la parte á quien se opone.

Parágrafo

Exceptúanse de lo dispuesto en este artículo los testamentos nuncupativos y los cerrados y sus cubiertas. Cuando se presenten testamentos de los que acaban de mencionarse, los interesados pagaran cinco pesos por cada una de las hojas de papel que compongan el testamento y la cubierta.
