Obligación de realización de examen médico-legal . Se prohíbe la inhumación de cadáveres no identificados sin la previa realización de la respectiva inspección técnica, necropsia médico-legal y orden de autoridad judicial competente, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la normatividad penal vigente.
