° La prestación de servicios de salud para las comunidades indígenas será gratuita. Esta gratuidad no excluye el que las comunidades, en armonía con su tradición cultural, puedan pactar contraprestaciones a los servicios recibidos, pero en tal caso, dichas contraprestaciones tendrán que estar representadas en compromisos o acciones decididas por la propia comunidad y orientadas a realizar obras de interés comunitario que faciliten el éxito de los programas de salud.
