Art. 3. ° A las tropas que hicieron campaña del Magdalena i Bolívar se les contará aquella desde el 8 de mayo de 1860 hasta el mes de diciembre del mismo año, en que tuvo lugar la toma de Santamarta; i a las que marcharon al estado de Antioquia, hasta que se perdieron sucesivamente en Carolina i Santodomingo, en las funciones de armas que tuvieron lugar en junio de 1861 i enero de 1862.
