Art. 7.° La Junta Administradora de la Carretera de Cambao, como responsable del Erario público, llevará una cuenta por el sistema de Partida Doble de todos los fondos que maneje, y la rendirá a la Corte del Ramo en los términos fijados por la Ley de acuerdo con los Decretos Reglamentarios de la presente.
