Dirección. Las gerencias regionales, sucursales y las agencias serán dirigidas por un Gerente o Director o quienes hagan sus veces, según determinación de la Asamblea de Accionistas-Junta Directiva, y tendrán los empleados que para cada una de ellas determine la citada Asamblea, de Accionistas-Junta Directiva.

Parágrafo

Entiéndese por sucursales los establecimientos que abra la Caja dentro o fuera de su domicilio para el desarrollo de sus negocios sociales o de parte de ellos cuyos Gerentes tienen facultades para representar a la Caja Agraria.
