Artículo único En caso de que el Gobernador de Antioquia contrate la construcción del Ferrocarril de Puerto Berrío a Medellín, otorgando una subvención por kilómetro, la mitad del valor de ésta, será descargado del Tesoro Nacional, siempre que tal mitad no pase de cinco mil pesos en oro.

Si en vez de subvención se estipulare la garantía de un interés, también será de cargo del Tesoro Nacional la mitad de interés que se estipule.
