Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, será tramitado mediante el procedimiento de oficio por el Ministerio de Defensa, con la obligación por parte del interesado de complementar la documentación con las pruebas que el Ministerio no esté en condiciones de allegar.
