ARTICULO 59. Régimen disciplinario. El personal civil del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional estará sometido al Régimen Disciplinario previsto en el respectivo reglamento, con la excepción consagrada en el artículo 328 del Decreto 2550 de l988 Código Penal Militar.
