º. El representante de las universidades privadas y el de las oficiales que al tenor del artículo 18 de la Ley integran el Consejo Profesional de Ingenierías Eléctrica Mecánica y Profesiones Afines, podrá ser reelegido indefinidamente; si no lo fuere, la designación del representante de las universidades podrá recaer alternativamente en un profesional de cualquiera de las carreras señaladas en el artículo 3º del presente Decreto.
