Artículo Vigésimo Cuarto. Los conductores y choferes de la Procuraduría General de la Nación y la Defensoría del Pueblo a quienes se les reconoce horas extras, tendrán derecho a un máximo de cincuenta (50) horas mensuales en los mismos términos del artículo 4o. del Decreto 244 de 1981.
