Derecho a ser evaluado . Los empleados de carrera no evaluados oportunamente, podrán solicitar su evaluación al jefe correspondiente, adjuntando una propuesta de evaluación dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes al vencimiento del plazo previsto para evaluar o a la ocurrencia del hecho que la motiva. Si transcurrido diez (10) días hábiles contados a partir de la solicitud el evaluador no se ha pronunciado al respecto, se entenderá aceptada como calificación la propuesta presentada por el evaluado.
