ARTICULO 135. El régimen disciplinario de la Fiscalía General de la Nación se sujetará a las normas contenidas en el presente Estatuto. Sin embargo, a falta de disposición expresa se aplicarán las normas que regulan las actuaciones ante la administración pública, en cuanto no se opongan a la naturaleza y fines del régimen disciplinario aquí estipulado.
