Art. 163. Las diligencias que se decreten en un auto para mejor proveerse practicaran con citación de las partes, para que dentro del término de veinticuatro horas aducir contra pruebas. Dichas contra pruebas y diligencias que se decreten se practicaran dentro de diez días, más el término doble la distancia cuando deban practicase fuera del lugar del juicio.
