Artículo único. Destínase del Tesoro nacional la suma de mil pesos para que el Poder Ejecutivo compre al señor Indalecio Uribe dos telares mecánicos de los de su construccion, iguales al que ha exhibido en esta capital, los cuales serán regalados por la Nacion á dos de les establecimientos de Beneficencia de la capital.

Parágrafo

Este auxilio impone al señor Uribe la obligacion de montar y enseñar con perfeccion el uso de dichos telares en los establecimientos á que sean destinados, á satisfaccion del Poder Ejecutivo.
