Artículo único. Hácese el siguiente traslado en el presupuesto vigente, así: Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social. Del Capítulo 34, artículo 187. Para arrendamiento de locales, muebles, útiles de escritorio y demás gastos en las Oficinas del Ministerio, incluyendo del Departamento y Secciones de Ingeniería Sanitaria, e Higiene y Asistencia Social en el país, pago de jornales, luz, teléfonos, automóviles y demás gastos similares $ 5.000.00 Al Capitulo 38, artículo 211-bis. Para dar cumplimiento al artículo 29 de la Ley 130 de 1938 sobre auxilio al Hospital de Titiribí (Antioquia), pará terminación del pabellón "Zea Uribe". 5.000.00 Comuníquese.
