Article 25

El Titular De Una Licencia Deberá Solicitar Modificación De La Misma, Cuando Se Presente Cualquiera De Los Siguientes Eventos: A) Venta De La Aeronave

El titular de una licencia deberá solicitar modificación de la misma, cuando se presente cualquiera de los siguientes eventos

Venta de la aeronave. En cuyo caso el cesionario deberá cumplir con los requisitos exigidos para ser titular, en los términos establecidos en la ley y en este decreto;

Cambio de los equipos;

Cambio de razón social de la empresa de aviación. La solicitud a que se refiere el presente artículo deberá presentarse al Ministerio de Comunicaciones, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la ocurrencia del hecho que la motive.
