Transitorio. De la competencia en materia de Seguridad Vial. El Ministerio de Transporte continuará adelantando las funciones en materia de seguridad vial hasta cuando entre en pleno funcionamiento la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial, (ANSV). Una vez la Agencia entre en pleno funcionamiento, el Ministerio de Transporte cesará en el ejercicio de estas competencias y deberá adelantar la modificación de estructura que se considere necesaria.
