Artículo primero . La Cuota de Fomento Cerealista establecida por Ley 51 del 7 de septiembre de 1966 empezará a causarse y a ser recaudada a partir del 12 de marzo de 1967.

Parágrafo

Entiéndese por cereales para efectos de la Ley 51 del 7 de septiembre de 1966, los siguientes productos: trigo, maíz, cebada, sorgo, mijo (millo), avena, centeno y demás cereales menores, excepto el arroz.
