Artículo único. Abrese al Ministerio de Instrucción pública el seguiente crédito extraordinario al Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio económico de 1891 y 1892: CAPÍTULO 64. Universidad Nacional. Escuela de Literatura y Filosofía. Art 303. (nuevo) Para auxiliar al Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario con la suma de cuatro mil pesos ($ 4.000), destinada á cubrir el déficit á que ascienden en el presente año los gastos generales del Establecimiento $ 4,000 Dado un Bogotá, á 30 de Noviembre de 1891.
