Tanto las sumas que se den como aportación nacional a las distintas obras, como las que se concedan en préstamo, se cargarán al cupo de cada sección, pero lo que se reciba por reembolsos o intereses de los mismos préstamos volverá a invertirse en obras de la sección correspondiente.
