El Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, mediante resolución, distribuirá los empleos de la planta global de que trata el artículo anterior y ubicará al personal teniendo en cuenta la estructura, procesos, planes, programas y necesidades de la Entidad.
