º. PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA ELECCIÓN DEL REPRESENTANTE DE LAS AGREMIACIONES SINDICALES DE BRACEROS Y COTEROS PORTUARIOS . Las Agremiaciones Sindicales de Braceros y Coteros Portuarios que operen dentro de la jurisdicción de la Corporación y se encuentren debidamente registradas ante el Ministerio de Trabajo, dentro del término de los diez (10) días siguientes a la vigencia de este Decreto, elegirán democráticamente y comunicarán al Presidente de la República el nombre de su representante a la Asamblea Corporativa.
