Artículo sexto. El personal subalterno del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Rosa de Viterbo será el siguiente: Un (1) Secretario Judicial IV, que será Secretario del Tribunal y de las Salas Civil y Laboral; Un (1) Secretario Judicial III, que será Secretario de la Sala Penal; Dos (2) Oficinistas Judiciales VI, uno para cada Sala; Un (1) Archivero I, (Relator); Un (1) Auxiliar de Oficina Judicial III; Seis (6) Asistentes Judiciales I, uno para cada Magistrado.
