LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo once. Los procesos sobre revisión de la sentencias a que se refiere el presente Decreto Ley se adelantaran en papel común, y cualquier ciudadano interesado en ellos puede solicitar que el Abogado de Pobres de la Intendencia, o quien haga sus veces, lo represente gratuitamente, si demuestra que carece de recursos económicos suficientes o es notorio dicho estado.
