Artículo tercero. Créase el cargo de Habilitado-Almacenisla-Contador de los trabajos de construcción del camino de herradura Pasto-Los Alisales con asignación .mensual de trescientos cincuenta pesos ($ 350)

Parágrafo

El Habilitado-Almacenista-Contador, de que trata el presente artículo deberá constituir la fianza que le fije.la Contrataría General de la República para el desempeño de tal cargo, antes de tomar posesión del mismo.
