°. Las decisiones de carácter general de la Junta Directiva serán consignadas en Acuerdos firmados por quien preside la Junta y el Secretario de la misma.

Parágrafo

- Los Acuerdos se numerarán sucesivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que se expidan y estarán bajo la custodia del Secretario de la Junta; lo mismo se hará en relación con las Actas.
