La entidad podrá, en cumplimiento de sus fines, realizar toda clase de actos y contratos, tanto de disposición como de administración; adquirir o enajenar muebles o inmuebles, contratar créditos; emitir, ceder o endosar títulos valores; contraer obligaciones y celebrar contratos de préstamo o mutuo; transigir y comprometer, y en general efectuar cualquier acto o contrato lícito, ya sea civil, comercial o administrativo.
