En todos los casos de esta Ley al acusado ó acusados se les comunicarán las pruebas que obren en su contra, á fin de que puedan redarguirlas dentro del término indispensable para practicar las diligencias justificativas que sean conducentes, y en los casos de Consejos de Guerra, que deben ser siempre de Oficiales Generales, se les permitirá nombrar defensores y voceros, aunque estos no ejerzan cargos militares.
