Los bancos comerciales no podrán invertir en esta clase de préstamos una cantidad superior al 10% del valor de sus depósitos a la vista y a término, computado dicho valor en las fechas en que aquéllos se verifiquen, y sin que su monto total exceda de una suma igual al capital y reserva legal del respectivo banco.
