Art. 1°. Adóptase el Código de Minas del Extinguido Estado de Antioquia, y las leyes de este que adicionan y reforman aquél, con excepción de las 38 de 1877 en la parte que fue suspendida por la Corte Suprema, con las reformas contenidas en la presente ley.
