Artículo único. Créase en la Administración de Hacienda Nacional de Bolívar el puesto de Recaudador del Impuesto Fluvial, y tendrá una remuneración de 5 por 100 de lo que se recaude por tal impuesto, limitada a $ 120 mensuales. Tal empleado ejercerá las funciones que le señale el Jefe de dicha Oficina, y se nombra para dicho puesto al señor Juan Rojas Nájera. Comuníquese y publíquese.
