Parágrafo 3

del artículo 4º del Decreto 2525 de 2005 quedará así: "

Parágrafo 3

Pagado el pasivo externo del Banco del Estado S. A. en Liquidación y constituidas las provisiones requeridas, el remanente de los activos sociales será distribuido entre los accionistas, en proporción a su participación en el capital".
