Si la diferencia se hallare en más de dos bultos, se abrirán todos y se aplicará la pena que expresa el artículo anterior y a todos los bultos o encomiendas en que aparezca la inexactitud. Si resultaré en más del 50 por 100 sobre la multa (artículo 67, Ley 85 de 1915).
