Porcentaje Del Beneficio Temporal

Decreto 1121 de 2020 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el artículo 156 de la Ley 2010 de 2019 en relación con los beneficios temporales de las entidades territoriales respecto de contratos originados en operaciones de crédito público y acuerdos de pago suscritos con la Nación - Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.

°. Porcentaje del beneficio temporal. Conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 156 de la Ley 2010 de 2019, los porcentajes del beneficio temporal de que trata el artículo 2° del presente decreto, será otorgado por categorías así

Para Municipios: Categoría Exoneración de Intereses Sexta (6a) 100% Quinta (5a) 90% Cuarta (4a) 80% Tercera (3a) 70% Segunda (2a) 60% Primera (1a) y Especial 50%

Para Departamentos: Categoría Exoneración de Intereses Cuarta (4a) 80% Tercera (3a) 70% Segunda (2a) 60% Primera (1a) y Especial 50%
