° Todo propietario que se crea perjudicado en su predio por la construcción del Ferrocarril podrá ocurrir ante el Juez respectivo, según la cuantía, solicitando se proceda á fijar el valor del perjuicio que reciba, observándose en esta apreciación las disposiciones contenidas en los capítulos 19 á 24 de la Ley 104 de 1892 .
