El que omitiere sin justa causa socorrer a una persona cuya vida o salud se encontraren en grave peligro, incurrirá en pena de trabajo social no remunerado de ocho (8) a doce (12) semanas y deberá concurrir a una capacitación sobre deberes jurídicos y sociales.
