Derogatoria . El presente decreto rige a partir del 1° de enero de 2019, y deroga a partir de la misma fecha las disposiciones establecidas en el Decreto 1016 de 2000, los artículos 41, 43 y 44 del Decreto 101 de 2000, los artículos 3°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 9°, 10 y 11 del Decreto 2741 de 2001 y los artículos 10 y 11 del Decreto 1479 de 2014. Los actos administrativos expedidos con fundamento en las disposiciones derogadas, mantendrán su vigencia y ejecutoriedad bajo el entendido de que sus fundamentos jurídicos permanecen en el presente Decreto
