Del subsidio de transporte . Los empleados del Departamento Nacional de Planeación cuya asignación básica mensual sea inferior o igual a siete mil pesos ($ 7.000.00), tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de un subsidio de transporte en cuantía de ciento setenta pesos ($ 170.00) mensuales. No habrá lugar a este subsidio cuando el Departamento preste el servicio de transporte a sus empleados.
