Los rendimientos provenientes de cedulas hipotecarias emitidas por el Banco Central Hipotecario o partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto. Estarán exentos del impuesto básico de renta y del complementario de ganancias ocasionales. La Junta Directiva del Banco Central Hipotecario, previa aprobación de la Junta Monetaria, definirá las características de las cédulas a que hace referencia este artículo.
