Los ganaderos de los lugares que se hallen infectados por enfermedades parasitarias externas, donde no se hayan construido todavía las bañaderas materia de este Decreto, están en la obligación de bañar sus ganados con soluciones parasiticidas, cuantas veces fuere necesario, usando para su aplicación, bombas u otros sistemas apropiados.
