Articulo 38 . Requisitos mínimos de calidad e idoneidad asimilados a normas técnicas oficializadas. Exclusivamente para los efectos del presente Decreto, asimilase a normas técnicas oficializadas y mientras estas efectivamente se adopten, los requisitos mínimos de calidad e idoneidad que para determinados bienes y servicios fije la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
