El parágrafo del Artículo 9º de la Ley 68 de 1925 implica creación de una nueva plaza de Magistrado para el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Popayán, de consiguiente, tal corporación queda integrada desde la vigencia de dicha Ley, por siete Magistrados.
