°. Protección de los derechos de carrera administrativa . Los empleados públicos con derechos de carrera administrativa a quienes se les suprime el cargo titular como consecuencia de lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° del presente decreto, podrán ser incorporados en empleos iguales o equivalentes de carrera administrativa en la nueva planta de personal.
