Carácter de los empleos. Las personas que presten sus servicios en la Empresa Social del Estado Centro Dermatológico "Federico Lleras Acosta" son empleados públicos de la salud y están sujetos al régimen legal vigente para el personal vinculado a los organismos pertenecientes al sector de la Salud, salvo aquellos que por disposición legal y por excepción se les aplique el régimen de trabajadores oficiales.
