ARTICULO 12. Los peritos que designe el Capitán de Puerto dentro de las investigaciones que se adelanten por contaminación, deberán acreditar su idoneidad mediante la respectiva licencia expedida por la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria, de acuerdo con sus reglamentos y serán designados, teniendo en cuenta las previsiones del artículo 8 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
